Enrollment and Attendance FAQs
Who is eligible to attend Grand Canyon Private Academy?
How many of my children can I enroll in GCPA?
Because Grand Canyon Private Academy provides all the lesson plans and materials needed, many parents find it easy to enroll multiple children in the program.
What does it cost to attend GCPA?
Grand Canyon Private Academy has worked hard to offer private school prices that respect the commitment and investment families make when they enroll their children in private school.
Tuition and Fees
- K–5: $3,025/one semester or $5,500/full year
- 6–11: $3,500/one semester or $6,500/full year
- Part–time per course for MS and HS: $550/one semester or $1,100/full year
High school students who sign up for dual enrollment will have an additional fee of $500 per semester for two courses or $400 per semester for one course.
There may be additional costs associated with special education services, which could vary based upon the level of services needed to properly support a student’s IEP/ISP/MET/504 plan.
Grand Canyon Private Academy participates in Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account. Arizona's ESA fully covers GCPA's tuition costs, meaning Arizona students can attend for free.
We also participate in Florida’s Personalized Education Program, which provides families with access to an education savings account to fund the education needs of Florida students who do not attend public or private school full-time. At GCPA, these funds can be used for online courses and tutoring. Connect with an enrollment consultant for guidance.
What is the attendance policy?
GCPA works with families toward a positive attendance record to meet their required number of 180 instructional days.
Can our family take a vacation during the school year?
The school calendar includes school holidays or vacation time. Whenever possible, family vacations should align with school vacation days. Parents are encouraged to contact their student's teacher if they plan a vacation that does not coordinate with the school calendar.
