Bouchra Bouanani | Executive Director.
Meet Bouchra, a dynamic and passionate educator with a unique background as a skilled Electrical Engineer, boasting an impressive track record in successful programs and project management from conception to completion. Having worked extensively at the renowned multinational company Siemens, Bouchra's journey took a turn when she discovered her love for education. Since then, she has devoted herself to developing effective educational strategies and curricula to empower students.
With a remarkable career spanning 18 years in education, Bouchra spent over 11 years with AZVA&ISAZ and MVPAZ, making significant contributions to their growth. Starting as a math teacher, she quickly excelled and transitioned to the role of a curriculum specialist. Her exceptional abilities didn't stop there, as she eventually assumed the position of Federal Program Director. Moreover, Bouchra played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the RISE@AZVA gifted program in 2018.
Bouchra's unwavering quest for success and learning drives her to view every experience and interaction as an opportunity to enhance her skills and expand her knowledge. She is genuinely passionate about the growth of her students and strives to create personalized learning opportunities for each individual. Her motto, "Empower With Joy and Growth Mindset For A Better Tomorrow," encapsulates her dedication to nurturing a positive and growth-oriented environment in education.
