Utah Fits All Scholarship

Utah Fits All is a universal school choice scholarship program designed to empower families across the state by providing funding that can be used for approved educational expenses outside of the traditional public school system.

Eligible K-12 students who are Utah residents may receive up to $8,000 per year in scholarship funds. The program gives families greater flexibility in choosing educational options that align with their child’s academic needs, learning style, and long-term goals.

Because the program is universally available, all eligible Utah students have the opportunity to access scholarship funding and personalize their educational experience.

The Utah Fits All Scholarship gives families more control over how and where their child learns. Eligible families can use scholarship funding to create an education experience tailored to their student’s individual goals and needs.

Utah Fits All Scholarship funds may be used for a variety of approved educational expenses, including:

• Private school tuition and fees
• Curriculum and instructional materials
• Tutoring and supplemental academic services
• Educational programs and courses
• Learning materials and school supplies
• Other approved education-related expenses
• Approved expenses are determined by the program guidelines and may be subject to change.

The Utah Fits All Scholarship is available to students who meet all of the following requirements:

• Student must be a legal resident of Utah
• Student must be between the ages of 5 and 18
• Student must be eligible for enrollment in grades K-12

Families must apply or renew their participation in the Utah Fits All Scholarship each year during the designated application periods.

Application Windows:

• Renewal Applications: March 1 through May 31
• New Applications: April 1 through May 1

Families applying for the Utah Fits All Scholarship may be asked to provide documentation such as:

• Proof of Utah residency
• Proof of student age and identity
• Additional documentation required by the program administrator, if applicable

Once approved for the Utah Fits All Scholarship, families can use their scholarship funds to help pay tuition at participating private schools like Grand Canyon Private Academy.

Families can request a tuition quote from GCPA’s enrollment team and complete any required scholarship documentation to ensure funds are applied appropriately toward tuition and approved educational expenses.

After enrollment documents and tuition payment requirements are completed, students are officially enrolled and families will receive onboarding support before the school year begins.
